Since purchasing Pacific Office Interiors in 1996, at the age of 24, Free has successfully managed business expansion and contraction, cultivated human and intellectual capital, and fostered an enduring passion for quality and innovation. Free has been an active member of YPO, the premier leadership organization of chief executives in the world, since 2006 and currently serves as their Pacific U.S. Regional Chair. Free loves learning, leading, communications, and design.
